Shipping/Return Policy
We back our work with a 30 day warranty on all repairs. No refunds/ credit can be applied to future repairs. Repairs estimate times are 4 to 6 days from time of arrival and inspected. Shipping of completed scopes ship out via your preferred shipping method. Shipping cost are included in quotes. We offer FedEx, UPS and USPS for
both local and global shipping.
In order to initiate a return, customers must contact EndoscopeRS via email to obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please be sure to include the following information in the email.

Upon receiving RMA number, kindly pack the returning item in the original shipping package, if possible. Make sure the packing slip and return label are included in the package along with manuals, accessories that came with the original shipping. Please send the return package to
